Tech Sakhi needed to support users who may be scared, rushed, or new to the internet - all through one simple, low-pressure interface.
We designed a calm, illustration-led site that explains what the helpline does, how it protects privacy and how to reach it safely.
Languages, timings and digital safety tips are surfaced up front so help feels accessible, not intimidating.
